The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has barred players from bringing along their families during the ICC cricket world cup 2019, kicking off in England and Wales from May 30th.The ban means players will have to spend at least a month and a half away from their families. This step, according to the board, is taken to keep the players focussed in the mega event. However, players are allowed to accompany their families during the series against England.
